Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and ironing
- Organize and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to client-specific cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Utilize eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with property managers
- Complete detailed inspection checklists after each service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or residential cleaning experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings and weekends
