Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, anticipating guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests with professionalism.
- Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
