Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and fully functional.
- Restroom and kitchen maintenance, including polishing fixtures and emptying trash receptacles.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Interact professionally with residents and guests, maintaining a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly desirable.
