Job Description
Join the Future at 2026
2026 is the frontier of intelligence. We are building the operating system for the next decade, combining advanced generative AI with real-time predictive analytics. As a Principal AI Architect, you will define the technical roadmap for our flagship products, ensuring we are not just keeping up with technology, but defining it.
We are looking for a visionary engineer with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and scalable distributed systems. If you are passionate about the intersection of human creativity and machine intelligence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary foundation models and fine-tuning strategies for NLP and multimodal tasks.
- System Architecture: Design high-performance, scalable infrastructure to train and serve models at petabyte scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- R&D Strategy: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, evaluating new frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow) and integrating cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
- Optimization: Drive continuous improvements in model latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency through aggressive optimization and pruning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs (GPT, LLaMA), and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
