Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI platform, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and safety.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, such as Neuromorphic Computing and Autonomous Agents.
- Ensure robust security protocols and ethical AI governance frameworks are in place.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
