Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures capable of supporting future-proof applications and data models.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in pioneering research areas including LLMs, reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic AI.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, from prototype to production, ensuring efficiency, security, and ethical compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in designing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with distributed computing and MLOps is required.
- Innovation: A proven track record of delivering breakthrough technologies or products in a competitive market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
