Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) frameworks into enterprise solutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to secure, quantum-resistant cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps for next-gen neural interfaces.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and performance optimization across all AI pipelines.
- Conduct research and stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and bio-digital interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture or systems design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and post-quantum cryptography.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership.
