Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI readiness and quantum integration.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling exascale data workloads.
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and advanced neural interface technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems and machine learning platforms.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering high-impact technical solutions.
