Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning surfaces
- Service public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces to brand standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently and maintain supply inventories
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Complete daily inspection logs and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs if required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Knowledge of OSHA cleaning standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
