Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure all fixtures are polished to perfection.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring cleaning supplies are used efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged furniture to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, security, and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (we provide full training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
