Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained in good working order.
- Adhere strictly to company standards and safety protocols regarding cleaning chemicals and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding special requests or maintenance issues.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
