Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in all designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
