Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Strip and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and tidy.
- Stock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and restrooms to maintain high standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific location within Jacksonville.
