Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to develop scalable AI models and distributed systems.
- Design secure, high-availability infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Conduct deep technical research to evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
