Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the architectural roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- System Design: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced LLMs and machine learning models into core enterprise platforms.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for coding, security, and scalability across all engineering departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Google Cloud Professional Architect preferred.
