Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system architecture reviews, and performance testing to guarantee system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed computing, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
