Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the scalable architecture for Project 2026's core AI and robotics frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and long-term product vision in collaboration with C-level executives and R&D teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate complex algorithms before mass deployment.
- Global Integration: Integrate disparate data streams and hardware components into a unified, seamless operating system.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and edge computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
