- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
- Manage $5M+ budgets and resource allocation for high-impact deliverables
- Present progress to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive risk management frameworks
- Drive innovation in sustainable technology adoption and urban planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in tech or infrastructure
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with smart city technologies or sustainability projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguity-driven environments
