Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks capable of real-time decision-making at scale
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Conduct research on quantum AI ethics and safety protocols
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum AI systems against classical alternatives
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize software-hardware interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record developing production-level AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
