Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead research in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural network optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors compatible with AI workloads
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Drive quantum computing adoption strategy for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level quantum simulation tools
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
