Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid architectures leveraging QML algorithms for 2026-scale applications
- Lead development of error-corrected quantum neural networks with fault-tolerant protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical co-processing pipelines
- Develop security frameworks for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction codes
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and PyTorch Quantum
- Experience leading R&D teams with $1M+ budgets
