Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural networks with error-corrected qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for enterprise solutions
- Architect distributed quantum computing infrastructure across cloud platforms
- Lead R&D in quantum-secure encryption protocols for 2026 cybersecurity
- Create developer frameworks that abstract quantum complexity
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum-AI convergence projects
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production quantum systems (IBM Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark, Ray)
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams
