Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise deployment
- Implement quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop ML frameworks optimized for quantum acceleration (QML)
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and AI engineers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware (superconducting, photonic)
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 yrs exp acceptable)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic processors
- Deep knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Track record of deploying production quantum systems
- Strong background in distributed AI infrastructure (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
