Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-accelerated machine learning models for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and regulatory compliance
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying neural-symbolic AI systems for industrial applications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum cryptography protocols for secure AI communication
- Create human-AI interaction interfaces using biometric feedback and neural adaptation technologies
- Contribute to patent development for quantum AI methodologies and integration techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade quantum algorithms or AI systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in neural-symbolic AI frameworks and explainable AI methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
