Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum machine learning algorithms
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits optimized for large-scale neural network integration
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum AI performance and security protocols
- Develop proprietary middleware for seamless classical-quantum data pipelines
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design with hands-on experience on IBM Quantum/ Rigetti systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing architectures and GPU optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects with measurable commercial impact
