Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI integration frameworks for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid algorithms leveraging quantum supremacy and machine learning convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deploy quantum-optimized solutions in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with 10+ qubit coherence
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI libraries and publish research in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum error correction
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML models at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and hybrid quantum-classical systems
