Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into production-level AI solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for machine learning tasks
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Drive ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment across industry sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Demonstrated expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Strong background in distributed computing systems and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Ability to secure and manage government/private research grants
