Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that solve complex, unsolvable problems using today's technology.
- AI Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Generative AI into core business operations, ensuring scalability and security.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous stress testing and risk assessments on current infrastructures to prepare for 2026 security protocols.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical 2026 projections into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt legacy systems for future compatibility.
