Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen computational models
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 100+ qubit coherence
- Create error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum AI systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum neural architecture optimization
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI system integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development with 20+ qubit systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical implementations
