Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in advanced quantum algorithm development

- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience mentoring teams of 10+ researchers in high-pressure environments
- Patent portfolio with 3+ granted AI/quantum patents
