Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-AI algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and cryptographers

- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) and present at global conferences
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computational methods
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
