Responsibilities
- Lead quantum machine learning algorithm development for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit utilization for AI workloads
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum computational theory
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready quantum AI pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design and optimization
- Proven track record publishing in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum error correction
