Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts

- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on quantum adoption roadmaps

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum/AI publications
- Mastery of quantum error correction techniques and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading research teams with $1M+ budgets
- Strong background in machine learning architectures (transformers, GANs, RNNs)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
