Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced AI algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and ethicists
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI systems operating in quantum environments
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Publish findings in Nature Quantum Computing and NeurIPS proceedings
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Partner with Intel and IBM quantum hardware divisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of securing federal research grants
