Responsibilities

- Develop patentable frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Translate theoretical quantum-AI models into scalable production architectures
- Shape the company's 5-year quantum-AI roadmap and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Proficiency with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Track record of leading technical teams delivering complex research projects
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and transformer models
