Responsibilities
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system architecture for 2026 deployment
- Direct cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and AI research institutes
- Secure federal and private funding for next-gen quantum-AI initiatives
- Author white papers and patents for quantum-resistant AI algorithms
- Mentor PhD researchers and postdocs in quantum information science
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (2026 World Tech Forum, CES)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or hybrid systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in research funding
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
- Experience leading geographically distributed research teams
