Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Optimize quantum circuits for AI workloads on proprietary quantum hardware
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research findings
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum AI open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
