Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum variational algorithms
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with high-performance computing
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Track record of translating theoretical models to practical implementations
