Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of practical quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum-AI intersection (NISQ era)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
