Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead research on quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI integration
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- 3+ years of research experience in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum/AI
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
