Responsibilities
- Design quantum machine learning algorithms for exponential speedups in NP-hard problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for real-time decision-making
- Lead experiments on proprietary quantum annealing hardware
- Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published work in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and CUDA programming
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface codes, LDPC)
