Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI engineers to develop quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-time AI inference on quantum processors
- Develop error-correction protocols for large-scale quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum-AI research initiatives
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (Nature, IEEE Quantum, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
