Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
- Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum computing specialization
- Develop patentable solutions for quantum advantage in drug discovery and materials science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 3+ years experience with quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Publication record in quantum-AI convergence research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
