Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum AI architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to deploy futuristic AI solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI governance and compliance
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing hardware providers
- Mentor a team of 10+ AI researchers and quantum engineers
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (TED, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI strategy with proven quantum computing implementation
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Qiskit, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/industry research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
