Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI specialists

- Research and implement error mitigation techniques for practical quantum computing

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong foundation in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical implementations
