Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum-AI hybrid architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Create distributed computing frameworks for quantum-cloud convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing zero-trust quantum security models
- Author whitepapers on quantum-machine learning optimization techniques
- Prototype next-gen human-quantum interfaces using neuromorphic computing
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants for quantum-AI research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane, or equivalent frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and Q# for quantum simulations
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing models
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD Tier 3 clearance
- Track record of leading $10M+ R&D projects
