Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving in finance, logistics, and medicine
- Design quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on quantum-computing-for-space-exploration initiatives
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks for quantum decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of leading technical projects with $1M+ budgets
