Responsibilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems across finance, logistics, and AI
- Design error-corrected quantum circuits using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Simulate quantum systems on classical hardware to validate algorithm performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical cloud infrastructure
- Research novel quantum protocols for secure communications and distributed computing
- Publish findings in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years experience implementing quantum algorithms on real or simulated hardware
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
