Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization algorithms for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for 2026 security standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit connectivity topologies
- Drive quantum software stack development for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional quantum adoption initiatives across Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
- Certification in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
