Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum circuit development
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish research in Nature/Science journals
- Translate quantum computational theory into practical business solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum information science or peer-reviewed conferences
